out. If you have been out in the sun for couple of hours, apply sunscreen cream
again so you will be well protected.

Use sunscreen lotion with SPF-30 and
non-greasy formula during summer. Use sunscreen which absorbs quickly into skin
layers and it should be sweat and water resistant.
There are two main types of sunscreens -
chemical and mineral. The difference between these two is that chemical based
sunscreens need to be applied 15-20 minutes before sun exposure whereas mineral
sunscreens work right away, because mineral based sunscreens forms a protective
barrier on top of the skin while chemical based sunscreens contain UV filtering
element that need to be absorbed in the skin.
