5 Ayurvedic Home Remedies for Fast Recovery after an Abortion/Miscarriage

Take 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder and
fry it in 1-2 tablespoon of Butter or Pure ghee. Then mix it in glass of milk.
Also add one crushed almond, walnut, and pistachios in this milk. You can add
some sugar or honey to improve the taste. Drink it 2-3 times a day for a fast
recovery.
3. Egg with Milk
Take glass of warm milk and break 1 raw
egg in it. Mix it well and drink it. You can add sugar or honey to this
concoction. Take this combination 2 times a day, especially before going to
bed. This magical health tonic will help you recover health fast and naturally.
4. Sesame and Pumpkin Seeds
Fry 5-6 tablespoon of Samolina (sooji)
in 2-3 tablespoons of butter (Pure ghee) for until it becomes light brown, and
then add 1 teaspoon of sesame seeds and 1 teaspoons of pumpkin seeds. Then
again fry this mixture for more 3-4 minutes. You can add one egg in it. Eat
this wonderful combination in your breakfast every day for 2 weeks fast
recovery.
5. Saffron Milk
Milk is one of the best sources of
calcium and other vital nutrients which is very essential for our body, bones
and for health after pregnancy and abortion.

Simply mix some saffron and one crushed almond with glass of milk and
drink it. Repeat this twice a day for fast healing and speedy recovery.
