4. Ayurveda for weight loss 

Digestion is a very essential concept in the Ayurveda which influences most of our body functions. For fast and healthy weight loss, our digestive system must be proper, strong and active.

According to Ayurveda you should eat heavy meal in the late morning or at noon only when our ‘agni’ is at its strongest – not late at night when it is slowing down and not even early morning when it is inactive. 

Drink 1-2 glasses of warm water in the morning on an empty stomach and also through the day. Drinking warm water increases your body’s temperature which speeds up the metabolism and allows your body to burn more calories through the day.

5. Ayurveda for stronger immunity  

According to Maharishi Ayurveda, when the digested food converts into Ojas in your body it gives you power and builds your defence mechanisms but when it produces Ama it lowers your immunity.
