Rice: Japanese beauty secret revealed! Rice for skin & hair


Japanese women are one of the most young- looking and gorgeous women in the world. They have flawless skin with no wrinkles, as they have several miraculous tricks that help them stay young forever. And the secret of their youthful, radiant, luminous and healthy skin is ‘Rice water’.

Rice water contains vital nutrients and numerous skin/hair nourishing, protecting properties. Rice is well known as natural emollient and a strong antioxidant, which prevents and repairs UV damages. Additionally, it nourishes the skin and reduces wrinkles and dark skin areas.


To rejuvenate your skin, you need following ingredients:

2-3 tbsp Rice
1 tbsp Honey
1 tbsp raw milk or milk cream

Preparation

1.  Wash the rice with clean water and cook it using more than 1 cup of water over medium heat.
2.  Remove it from the heat when the rice is well cooked. Do not throw the rice water away; strain it into a clean bowl, you can use this water to wash your face.
3.  Mash this cooked rice using some raw milk to prepare smooth paste, and then add 1 tbsp honey to it.
4.  Apply this paste over the skin and leave it for 25-30 minutes. Afterward, wash it off with the strained rice water. Follow this daily for flawless skin.
