Ingredients

4 cups of sprouted grains (green-wheat)
15 garlic cloves
3 cups of organic honey
4 cups of walnuts
15 lemons (medium size)


Preparation for sprouted Greenwheat

1.  Wash green-wheat well and soak them in 8 cups of water overnight.
2.  Leave it for 12 hours at least.

3.  Drain all of the water from the green-wheat.
4.  Soak thin dish towel or cheesecloth or in water and gently squeeze out the water (leaving a small amount).
5.  Place soaked green-wheat in a cheesecloth/ thin dish towel and twist the sides of the cloth together and keep it in normal room temperature.
6.  Leave the green-wheat for 48 hours checking on them occasionally. Lightly sprinkle clean water on the cloth to re-moisten it, if it seems to have dried up.
7.  In 48 hours, you’ll have sprouted green-wheat and ready to use.
8.  You can be refrigerated or you can freeze them.


Preparing the Revolutionary recipe

1.  Grind sprouted green-wheat, walnuts, peeled garlic cloves and 5 chopped lemons with peel (and without seeds) together in grinder.
2.  Grind these ingredients until you get smooth paste of it.
3.  Place this mixture in a clean pot.
4.  Take only the fresh juice from the remaining 10 lemons & add it to the mixture until it becomes homogeneous.
5.  Finally, add honey to the above mixture using a wooden spoon and mix it well.
6.  Pour this mixture in a glass jar with a tight lid and place it in a refrigerator.

Dosage

Consume 1-2 tablespoon 30 minutes before bedtime and every heavy meal e.g. before breakfast, before lunch, before dinner and 30 minutes before going to bed.

15 Safe Home Remedies to Remove Earwax! Prevent Earwax Buildup and Blockage


Earwax is a natural substance produced by glands in the ear canals that protects our ears from bacteria and external agents while performing as a lubricant for the ear and ear canal. 1. Coconut Oil

Coconut oil contains medium fatty acid that acts like sebum. It helps to remove hardened wax inside the ear. It also contain anti microbial properties, which prevents infections in the ear and also kills microorganisms that causes wax buildup in the ear canals.

1.  Simply put few warm drops of organic coconut oil in the affected ear for 5-10 minutes.
2.  Then tilt your head at the opposite direction to drain out the wax.
3.  Finally, clean your earwax with a soft cloth or ear buds.


2. Sesame oil

Here is another excellent way to remove and prevent the buildup of earwax.

1.  Put 3-4 drops of warm sesame oil in the affected ear before going to bed.
2.  Place clean cotton ball and leave it overnight or for 10 minutes.
3.  The earwax will rise up toward the ear canal’s surface.
4.  Clean it out in the morning with a clean dry cotton swab.



3. Salt Water

Salt water will soften the wax build up inside the ear and make it easy to get out of.

1.  Mix one tablespoon of good quality salt in half cup of clean warm water, stir it until the salt dissolves completely.
2.  Soak a clean cotton ball in this salty water.
3.  Incline the affected ear up toward the sky and squeeze this cotton ball to put 2-4 drops of the mixture into the ear.
4.  Stay in the similar position for 4-5 minutes.
5.  Then decline the affected ear in the opposite direction to let the salt water to drain out.
6.  Finally, clean the outer and inner part of the ear with a clean cloth/cotton or ear bud to remove the wax.



4. Garlic Oil

Garlic contains ‘allicin’, which prevents infection in the ear and anti microbial agents present in garlic works as antibiotics.

1.  Crush 1-2 garlic cloves and heat them in one-two tablespoon of coconut oil or mustard oil for 2-3 minutes on low flame.
2.  Strain the oil and allow it to warm.
3.  Incline your ear towards sky and put few drops of this slightly warm oil in the affected ear using dropper.
4.  Allow the oil to settle for 5-10 minutes so that the earwax becomes soft.
5.  Tilt your ear towards the ground and remove the excess oil and wax with cotton cloth or ear buds.


5. Hydrogen Peroxide

Hydrogen peroxide has effervescent property that can easily remove the earwax and other trash from the ear.

1.  Mix 3-4 drops of hydrogen peroxide with 2-3 drops of clean water.
2.  Incline the affected ear up toward the sky and put few drops of this mixture into the ear using ear dropper.
3.  Leave it for 4-5 minutes and then tilt your affected ear towards the ground side to drain out the mixture.
4.  Remove the wax using cotton cloth or ear buds.




6. Mustard oil

1.  Slightly warm some mustard oil.
2.  Using a clean dropper, put 3-4 drops of warm mustard oil into the affected ear.
3.  Allow it to settle for 5-10 minutes so that the earwax becomes soft.
4.  Tilt your ear towards the ground and remove the mustard oil and wax with cotton cloth or ear buds.




7. Baby Oil

1.  Put 3-5 drops of good quality baby oil in affected ear using ear dropper.
2.  Place a clean cotton ball at the entrance of the ear to prevent baby oil from oozing out. And leave it for 5-10 minutes.
3.  Remove the cotton and tilt your ear towards the ground side to drain out the extra baby oil from ear.
4.  Finally, clean your ear with a soft cotton cloth or ear buds.

Note: You can also use mineral oil instead of baby oil.

Home Remedies for Runny Nose, Congestion, Cough-Cold in Babies and infants


Are you worried that your baby’s runny nose, common cold, congested chest and sneezing? Runny nose, cold can be quite troubling for your baby, especially at young age, as it might cause watery and red eyes, fever or headache. Remedies for below 6 months old Babies & Infants


1. Coconut oil with camphor oil

Slightly warm one or half teaspoon of coconut oil and 1-2 drops of camphor oil. Apply this mixture over baby’s entire body every night. 

This application will give fast relief to your baby in runny nose.

Note: test this mixture by applying little amount on small skin area of baby before applying it over entire body.


2. Mustard oil with garlic, asafoetida

1.  Crush one garlic clove and heat it with half teaspoon of celery seed or carom seeds/ajwain powder, 2-3 pinches of asafoetida and 1-2 tablespoon of mustard oil.
2.  Then add 2 drops of camphor oil to this mixture.
3.  Apply this slightly warm mixture and massage your baby’s body twice a day for fast relief. 

3. Steam

Inhaling steam helps clear out the mucus that causes the sneezing and runny nose. It also helps your baby sleep better.

For babies younger than 8 months, turn your bathroom into a steam room, simply shut the door and turn the shower on full hot. Sit with your baby into the bathroom for 10-15 minutes. Repeat this 2-3 times a day.



4. Ajwain hot compress

1.  Roast 2-3 tablespoon of carom seeds/ ajwain and wrap them in clean thin cotton cloth.
2.  Apply this warm cloth (hot compress) lightly on the baby’s chest and back several times a day for clearing out the cough and cold.

Note: Roast the seeds again, when it become normal.  



5. Flaxseed hot compress

Take 1 tablespoon of flaxseeds and 2 tablespoon of celery seed or carom seeds/ajwain and roast them on pan. Wrap them in cotton cloth. Press this warm compress in on the chest and back of the baby.

Above chest warming therapies and massages are very helpful relieving baby’s congested chest due to cough and cold.


Remedies for Babies older than 6 months

Caution: Don’t use jaggery for babies younger than one year, use fresh breast milk for them.

1. Nutmeg powder

Mix pinch of nutmeg powder with 1-2 tablespoon of fresh breast milk and give your baby once or twice a week. (You can give second dose after 6 hours of first dose)



2. Mint, basil, ginger mix

1.  Take 2 mint leaves, 2 basil (tulsi) leaves, pinch of black pepper, and half teaspoon of grated or mashed ginger.
2.  Boil all these ingredients in 2 cups of water on slow flame.
3.  Allow the mixture to boil until it reduced half. Let the mixture come to normal temperature and then strain it.
4.  Give your baby 1 tablespoon of this liquid after every four hours.



Note: Only 3 tablespoon a day is enough. You can add 1 teaspoon of fresh breast milk to every dose.


3. Dates with carom seeds and turmeric

Boil 1-2 dates, 1 tablespoon of carom seeds/ajwain/celery seeds and pinch of turmeric powder in cup of breast milk or normal milk for 5 minutes on low flame. Strain and cool it down. Give it to your baby to reduce a runny nose and associated symptoms in baby.
