12. Besan to treat tanned skin

Take 1 tablespoon gram flour, add 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice, pinch of turmeric and enough rose water to make smooth paste. Apply it for 30 minutes and wash off with normal water. Follow this remedy 4-5 times a week to lighten tanned and dark skin.

13. Papaya, besan and orange juice

Mix 1 tablespoon Besan with 1 tablespoon Papaya paste or juice and enough fresh orange Juice to make smooth paste. 

Apply this mixture on face and wash off when it dries. This removes tanned or dark skin.

14. Besan with aloe vera

Mix 1 tablespoon of besan with 2 tablespoon of aloe vera gel. Add enough rose water in this combination to make smooth paste. Apply this mixture for 30 minutes and rinse it off with normal water. 

It will remove blemishes, sunburn and pigmentation.

15. Almond - besan Face mask

Prepare half teaspoon of almond paste (you can also use almond powder). And mix it with 1 tablespoon besan and enough raw milk or rose water to make smooth paste. 

Apply over skin for 30 minutes and wash off using normal water.

16. Curd or butter milk with besan

Mix 1 tablespoon of gram flour with enough curd or butter milk to make fine paste. Apply it for 30 minutes and rinse off with normal water. Do this 3-4 times a week for glowing and healthy skin.

17. Besan with turmeric and baking soda

This face pack is especially for oily skin to remove excess oil. Mix 1 tablespoon of besan with half teaspoon of baking soda and pinch of turmeric powder. 

Mix all the ingredients well and apply it on your skin. Wash it off with normal water when it dries.

18. Oatmeal with besan and raw milk

Crush 1 tablespoon oatmeal in raw milk, then 1 tablespoon of besan, use enough raw milk or water to make smooth paste. Apply it for 20-30 minutes to repair damaged skin.

20. Sandalwood with Besan for oily skin

Mix 1 tablespoon gram flour with half teaspoon of sandalwood powder or paste. Add enough rose water or raw milk to make smooth paste. Apply and rinse off when it get dry. Try this 3 times a week.

What is Ganglion Cyst?

Ganglion cyst is a smooth, small round shaped bag filled with a thick, sticky liquid that forms under the skin. It can be usually seen on joints such as on the wrist or ankles, soles of the feet, fingers and tendons. This bump can vary in size.

2. Warm compresses
