Anti-Ageing Facial Exercises to Stop Wrinkles and Saggy skin

1. Fish Face

The fish face can tighten your cheek muscles, gives firmness and tone them and avoids sagging. Simply smile as you purse your lips and then create a fish face by sucking the inside cheeks.

2. Cheek Puff

Like the name, this exercise is pretty easy to do. Just close your mouth and blow air in your cheeks to puff. Slowly change the puff from one side to another so that the air moves. Try holding your breath for as long as possible, and exhale gently. Repeat ten times daily for desired results.

3. Forehead Smoother

This exercise you can do it even in your workplace. Place your index fingers above each eyelid and below your eyebrows. Lift your brows as high as possible and with your index finger pull the skin downwards. Repeat twelve times every day to prevent fine lines from forming on your forehead.

4. Neck and Chin lift

The neck muscle called the platysma tends to sag due to ageing. For this exercise, stand still, look up the ceiling and press your tongue to your palate. Feel the muscle strain in the neck and chin muscles. Press your palate with your tongue and bring your chin down to your neck. Doing this your chin muscles contracts along with the platysma, giving you a tighter neckline.

5. Eye Squint

Place your index and middle fingers on either side of your eyebrows and a make a V shape. Tightly squint for 10 seconds and gently release your fingers. Repeat for a maximum of six to seven times a day to get rid of any puffiness under your eyes.
