How to use Mustard oil

1. Mustard oil – Coconut oil

1. Mix equal amount (3 tablespoons) of coconut oil and mustard oil in pan.
2. Heat the oil for about a minute.  Do not overheat; simply warm it up.
3. Gently massage you scalp and hair tips using this warm blended oil.
4. Leave it for 2-3 hours.
5. Rinse it off with normal or lukewarm water using a mild or herbal shampoo.
6. Follow this remedy twice a week for better results.

2. Mustard oil – fenugreek seeds

1. Add 2-3 tablespoon of fenugreek seeds to 5 tablespoon of mustard oil and soak it overnight.
2. Next morning, heat the soaked fenugreek seeds in mustard oil for 1-2 minutes.
3. Strain the oil and gently massage your hairs tips and scalp for few minutes.
4. Leave it for 2-3 hours.
5. Rinse it off with lukewarm or normal water using a herbal or mild shampoo.
6. Do this twice a week for amazing results.

3. Mustard oil – Curry Leaves

1. Soak a handful of green curry leaves in hakf cup of mustard oil.
2. Heat the mustard oil and curry leaves in a pan for 1-2 minutes. Avoid overheating.
3. Strain the oil and gently massage your scalp and hair for few minutes.
4. Leave it on for 2-3 hours.
5. Wash it off with normal or lukewarm water using a mild shampoo.
6. Repeat this twice a week for best results.
