Olive Oil and Egg Yolk for Thinning, Loss of Hair. Thick & Strong Hair Home remedies

What you need

100% Extra Virgin Olive Oil (4 tbsp)
2 Egg yolks

Directions

1.  Whip up the 2 egg yolks and the olive oil in a small bowl using a whisk or a fork until you achieve an even consistency. 
2.  Apply this mixture to your scalp using your fingers and make sure you massage your scalp for few minutes. Massaging the scalp will help promote blood circulation which also helps promote the health of your scalp which helps you retain more hair!
3.  Leave the mask in your hair for 30 minutes.  Be sure to keep the homemade hair mask away from your eyes. 
4.  Rinse it off using a mild shampoo and warm water.

It takes a few weeks to yield results for dry hair turn into shinier, more resilient hair.  You can use this homemade hair loss treatment mask 2-3 times a week.  Above hair mask is greasy so make sure you have enough time to wash it out properly.

Ingredients we need

Rosemary dried leaves - 2 tbsp
Castor oil - 1 tbsp
Raw apple cider vinegar - 1 tbsp

Half cup of water
Coconut oil (optional - alternative for castor oil)
Curd  (optional - alternative for apple cider vinegar)


Directions

1.  Mash rosemary dried leaves to make a powder and boil it in half cup of water on slow flame until the water is reduced.
2.  Then add castor oil, raw apple cider vinegar and egg yolk to this rosemary paste. Mix all the ingredients well together.
3.  Finally, apply this mixture to wet hair and scalp properly.
4.  Wash the application after 30-40 minutes with lukewarm water.
5.  You can use herbal/mild shampoo to wash the mask off.
6.  Use shower cap to cover your head if you leave it over night.

What is Grape seed oil?

Coconut milk

Make some coconut milk by grinding the grated coconut (half coconut) and squeeze it to take out its juice/milk.  Massage on the scalp & hair roots properly with this white coconut milk/juice before you go to bed, next morning rinse with lukewarm water, never use hot water to wash your hairs. 

You may also apply coconut milk in daytime, just massage your scalp, leave it for 1 hour, and then rinse with lukewarm water. This will help you to stop your hair loss.


2. Coconut milk with aloe

Extract 2 tablespoon fresh aloe vera gel from aloe plant and mix it with half cup of fresh coconut milk. Apply this mixture on the scalp, hair, hair ends. Leave it for 30-40 minutes, and then wash off with lukewarm water. Repeat this remedy 2-3 times a week for all your hair problems such as dandruff, hair fall, dry hair, split ends and damaged scalp.

Mix 1 tablespoon of pure coconut oil with 1 tablespoon of Indian gooseberry/amla oil, also add 1 teaspoon of fresh lemon juice in it. Mix them well and make this mixture lukewarm, and gently massage on the scalp for 10 minutes. 

Leave it for overnight or for 2-3 hours, rinse with lukewarm water. 

Coconut oil & amla oil nourishes the hairs, and lemon juice has strong anti dandruff properties.


2. Other recommended oils

Coconut oil (lukewarm) helps in controlling hail fall. You can alternatively use almond oil, Jojoba oil, almond oil, canola, sesame, lavender oil and mustard oil. Jojoba oil is especially excellent as it restores & replaces the sebum in the scalp. Jojoba oil also helps to control dandruff.



3. Coconut oil with curry leaves

Heat 300 ml of coconut oil in a pan and add 10 curry leaves, 45 grated amla/Indian gooseberries. Boil the oil until the amla/gooseberries turns black or dark brown. Filter oil, Squeeze oil from amla/gooseberries completely. Cool this oil & store in the glass container.  Massage with this oil 2-3 times a week with fingertips.




4. Gray Hair

Mix 1 tablespoon of pure lukewarm coconut oil with ½ tablespoon of almond oil or amla/Indian gooseberry oil. Massage on the scalp with fingertips & hair roots for 10-15 minutes daily, do not massage very gently. This massage stimulates the hair follicles by increasing blood circulation & heals the damaged scalp.

Mix these ingredients together & make a fine paste of it. Gently massage your scalp with this paste & apply on your entire hair, don’t forget to wear shower cap. 

Do this before you sleep. Leave it for overnight, this hair mask will nourish and repair your damaged scalp and hair overnight. Rinse off in the morning with lukewarm water and a mild herbal shampoo. Do this at least once in a week to experience awesome result. This mask is healthy conditioner for hair; it clears dandruff, stops premature graying & hair fall, it also promotes hair growth.



Hair fall - aloe with rose water

Apply the aloe gel with 1 teaspoon rose water and 1 tablespoon lime juice into your scalp wherever you are experiencing hair loss Do this massage before you go to bed and leave it for all night. Wash it out with lukewarm water once you wake up.


Homemade aloe Vera shampoo

You can make aloe Vera shampoo at home. Mix aloe Vera gel or fresh juice with wheat germ oil/coconut oil and coconut milk etc, it promotes hair growth. Use this aloe shampoo instead of other shampoos. 



1. Aloe, coconut milk shampoo

To prepare homemade aloe Vera shampoo, just mix 2 tablespoon aloe vera juice or gel with 1 tablespoon coconut oil (or 3 tablespoon coconut milk) and 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice. Mi it well and use as shampoo.


2. Wheat germ oil, aloe shampoo

Add 1 tablespoon wheat germ oil or almond oil with 2 tablespoon aloe vera juice or gel and 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice or orange juice. Apply this mixture on your hair s regular shampoo, and rinse it off with lukewarm water.


Remember

1.  If you can’t leave it for the overnight, then you can apply aloe Vera gel or juice in the morning 2 hours before bath. Or apply it anytime but leave it at least more than 1-2 hours. It will be more beneficial if you apply it for overnight.



2.  Mix the aloe Vera gel or fresh aloe juice into your regular shampoos (your regular shampoo must have low chemicals in it), just take the regular quantity of shampoo that you use and mix aloe gel/juice together.

3.  Use mild or herbal shampoo to wash your hair, after shampooing hair, rinse it off & immediately massage your scalp for 5 minutes with pure aloe gel/pulp/juice, then rinsing off with lukewarm water.  Grow aloe Vera plant at your home, so you can have pure & fresh aloe gel anytime. You will get the superior result if you use fresh aloe gel instead of readymade gel products.
