7. Cucumber

Cucumber is rich source of two awesome minerals, silicon and sulphur. It is a great summer food and works effectively to burn your belly fat. Cucumber contains high amount of water (95% water) and works as diuretics, hence it prevents bloating stomach. This juicy and crunchy vegetable is very low in calories (only 16 calories per cup). Cucumber contains higher amount of Vitamin C and vitamin B, which keeps our skin glowing and healthy. It has dietary fibers, which helps to cleanse your body by removing harmful toxins, thus it improves the digestion naturally. Follow the cucumber diet with adequate physical exercise to cut your belly fat.

      1.      Make delicious cucumber salad - Take 1-2 cucumber and cut them in small pieces and pinch of black salt and half teaspoon of black pepper powder to it to improve taste. Also spread some olive oil and oregano or parsley or fresh coriander leaves on it. Eat this salad twice a day. Follow this diet for 2 weeks and see the result.

      2.      Try to add more and more cucumber in your daily diet. When you feel hungry try the cucumber salad instead of other oily and fried snacks.


Apple Cider Vinegar

Apple cider vinegar has rich detoxifying properties; it can detoxify our body and helps you to reduce weight by suppressing the appetite. Since Apple Cider Vinegar contains organic acids and enzymes that increases the metabolism rate and burns the body fat. It also helps reduction of water retention and keeps you refreshed. Apple cider vinegar contains fibers, which are very essential for fast weight loss as fiber absorbs toxins, melt the fat and remove them from our body. It helps improve the bowel movement too. 


8. Apple cider vinegar with warm water

Mix 2 tablespoon of Apple cider vinegar with glass of warm water and drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. Repeat this in the evening on an empty stomach or 30-40 minutes before heavy meal. You can add 1 tablespoon of honey to it to improve taste.


9. Cinnamon with Apple cider vinegar

Mix 1-2 tablespoon of Apple cider vinegar with half teaspoon of cinnamon in glass of warm water, also add pinch of black pepper to it. Consume this mixture twice a day before meal.

Beans are rich lean sources of proteins and they also contain dietary fiber, soluble as well as insoluble fibers, and these qualities of beans helps to reduce your belly fat rapidly. It has low glycemic index, so it get digested at slower speed keeping you fuller for a longer period, thus saving you from hunger cramps too. Especially black beans are rich sources of dietary fiber, which controls the LDL cholesterol in the blood stream and also helps in expel it from the body to reduce cholesterol level. Beans are also good for diabetes and heart diseases. So try black beans, white beans, red beans, red kidney beans, pinto beans, lentils and garbanzo beans, all types of beans are beneficial for cutting belly fat.

1.      Soak cup of beans overnight, in the morning boil them and mix with chopped onions, pinch of salt and black pepper powder. You can add some parsley or coriander leaves. Eat it in the morning as a breakfast. You will like this. Do this twice a day for fast result.

2.      Smash 1 boiled potato and mix it with soaked and boiled beans. Spread 1-2 teaspoon of olive oil and pinch of black pepper powder on it to improve taste. Have this twice a day. Wash the beans properly before soaking them.

11. Almonds

Almond is one of the best super foods to cut down your belly fat. It contains essential nutrients such as proteins, Vitamin E, fiber and magnesium. Adequate and limited consumption of such good protein can develop lean muscle mass which burns the body fat. It includes dietary fibers that gives you the feeling of fullness and prevents you from overeating; these fibers are also good for healthy and fast digestion. Almonds are very beneficial in reduction Body Mass Index (BMI) and healthy weight loss. Do not eat too much almonds, 6-7 almonds per day is enough.


1.      Soak 4-5 almonds in small glass of water overnight and eat them in the morning in the breakfast or before breakfast. If you drink lemon remedies on the empty stomach in the morning, then eat the almonds after 30 minutes.

2.      Consume the soaked almonds with cu of warm milk in the breakfast.

3.      Soak 4-5 almonds in the cup of milk overnight, in the next morning, crush the almonds in the same milk and add 1 tablespoon of honey and half teaspoon of black pepper powder to it. Consume this mixture daily in the morning before or in the breakfast.

4.      Add almonds in the fruit salad, porridge, fruit or vegetable juices and breakfast cereal. You can have 6-7 roasted almonds a day.
