7. Cucumber
Cucumber is rich source of two awesome

to burn your belly fat. Cucumber contains high amount of water (95% water) and

vegetable is very low in calories (only 16 calories per cup). Cucumber contains
higher amount of Vitamin C and vitamin B, which keeps our skin glowing and
healthy. It has dietary fibers, which helps to cleanse your body by removing

cucumber salad - Take 1-2 cucumber and cut them in small pieces and pinch of

Mix 2 tablespoon of Apple cider vinegar
with glass of warm water and drink it in the morning on an empty stomach.
