Indian Gooseberry/ Amla

Indian gooseberry is the leading and an outstanding natural remedy for premature graying of hair on face or beard. Indian gooseberry is a trusted natural tonic for prevention of hair graying on beard and head.


1. Amla, coconut oil

Dry the some gooseberry in sunlight or shade. Boil 1 of these dry gooseberries in 1 tablespoon of pure coconut oil for 3 minutes on slow flame. Massage your beard and scalp in circular and upward motion for 5-10 minutes. This remedy is helpful for preventing and treating graying of hair. If you want to massage hair on the head then increase the quantity of gooseberry and oil.


2. Amla/Indian gooseberry juice

1.      Drink glass of Amla/Indian gooseberry juice in the morning every day; add 10-12 curry leaves juice and 1 tablespoon of honey to it for improving taste.
2.      Add Indian gooseberries in your regular diet for example add it into your salad.


Curry Leaves

1. Curry leaves, buttermilk

Squeeze juice from 15-20 curry leaves and add this juice in buttermilk or any other fruit juice. Drink this everyday for few months to cure white beard problems.



2. Curry leaves, coconut oil

Boil 10-12 crushed green curry leaves in 1 tablespoon of pure coconut oil for 4-5 minutes on slow flame. Massage your beard hair & scalp with this warm oil for 5 minutes. Do this regularly and see the result. 



3. Drink Curry Leaves water

Take 10-15 fresh curry leaves and boil them in glass of water. Keep them boiling until water becomes half. Make two equal parts of remaining water and drink first part in morning and second in evening. Follow this every day for 4-5 weeks. Daily consumption of this mixture is very beneficial.


4. Curry Leaves, Amla 

Take 10-12 curry leaves and 1-2 chopped Indian gooseberries (or powder). Boil them together in 1 ½ glass of water. Keep them boiling until water becomes half. When water becomes lukewarm, add 1 tablespoon of honey in it to improve the taste. Drink this mixture once a day for prevention of grey hair, damaged scalp and hair fall.


5. Eat curry leaves

Consume 10-12 raw green curry leaves daily or add them in your daily food. Curry leaves are very helpful in preventing and treating gray hair. Curry leaves provides strength to our hair roots.


Cow butter

1. Cow butter, Coconut oil

Cow butter is also very beneficial to get rid of premature grey hair on beard & head. Mix 1 teaspoon of pure cow butter with half teaspoon of coconut oil or almond oil. Gently massage your beard or hair on head for 5-10 minutes. Rinse off after 30 minutes. Do this every day for best result.
