2. Aloe Vera, Cow butter

Add 1 teaspoon of pure cow butter in 1 tablespoon of fresh aloe Vera juice or gel. Gently massage your scalp and beard in circular and upward motion for 5-10 minutes, leave it for more 10-15 minutes and then rinse off with normal water.


3. Olive oil, Cow butter

Mix 1 teaspoon pure cow butter with half teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil. Message your hair with this mixture for 5-10 minutes and wash off after 30-35 minutes. Follow this remedy once or twice a day on regular basis.


4. Iron rich food

Deficiency of particular vitamins & mineral such as iron my cause problems like anemia and premature graying of hair. Regular consumption of food rich in iron stops, prevents & helps reverse the process of graying hair.
