1. Ayurveda for digestion and stomach problems 

Ayurveda has numerous solutions to most of our stomach problems such as indigestion, bloating and acidity just by analysing what we eat, how we eat and when we eat.

Most of the stomach problems occur when our ‘Agni’ or digestive fire becomes weak, hence it is a significant to active it before eating your meals. To do this, Ayurveda suggest simple solution. Mix 1 tablespoon of fresh ginger paste with half teaspoon of fresh lemon juice and pinch of Himalayan salt. Consume it after your meal.

Apply some Bhringraj paste or oil and massage you scalp and hair for few minutes. Leave overnight and wash off with lukewarm water. According to Ayurveda, hair problems such as hair loss, baldness is generally caused due to certain hormonal imbalances and/or the functions of the “pitta dosha” which rules our digestion and metabolism. To support the hair follicles and to balance the pitta dosha, we should add cool (not cold) and sweet foods like cinnamon, buttermilk, pure coconut oil, black raisins and fruits such as melons and pomegranates and grapes. Drink tender coconut water daily as it is rich in calcium which promotes hair growth.

Never use chemical based products for your skin, always go for natural.
Sandalwood/chandan is one of the best Ayurvedic skin nourishing agent. It has a cooling and soothing effect on our skin and helps improve skin tone, cures acne and blemishes.

Simply mix 1 teaspoon of Sandalwood powder or paste with pinch of turmeric and enough raw milk or rose water to make smooth paste. Apply it for 20-30 minutes 3 times a week.

Similarly, include iron-rich foods like beetroot, carrots or pomegranate which works as natural blood purifiers and gives natural glow to our skin.
