According to Ayurveda, hair problems such as hair loss, baldness is generally caused due to certain hormonal imbalances and/or the functions of the “pitta dosha” which rules our digestion and metabolism. To support the hair follicles and to balance the pitta dosha, we should add cool (not cold) and sweet foods like cinnamon, buttermilk, pure coconut oil, black raisins and fruits such as melons and pomegranates and grapes. Drink tender coconut water daily as it is rich in calcium which promotes hair growth.

Never use chemical based products for your skin, always go for natural.
Sandalwood/chandan is one of the best Ayurvedic skin nourishing agent. It has a cooling and soothing effect on our skin and helps improve skin tone, cures acne and blemishes.

Simply mix 1 teaspoon of Sandalwood powder or paste with pinch of turmeric and enough raw milk or rose water to make smooth paste. Apply it for 20-30 minutes 3 times a week.
