Winter tips for Hands

1. Wear rubber gloves for your washing to protect your hands. Always apply a good moisturizer or a hand cream post washing hands to retain moisture.

Get 1 tablespoon fresh aloe Vera juice or gel and add grape seed oil in it, also add fresh lemon juice to it. Blend them well to make smooth paste. Apply this paste on your face and neck area for 20-25 minutes. Wash away with normal or lukewarm water.

Ingredients

1 tablespoon aloe Vera gel or juice
1 teaspoon almond oil or avocado oil or olive oil
1 teaspoon honey


Procedure

Mix aloe Vera gel or juice with almond oil or avocado oil or olive oil, also add honey in it, and mix them well together. Apply this mixture on your face for 20-25 minutes and rinse off with normal water.

Dry skin requires careful and gentle cleansing, regular stimulation with proper massage and fair quantities of oil and moisture.


4. Apple cider Vinegar and Lemon Juice

Crush 3-4 strawberries to make paste or puree of it. Add ½ teaspoon of olive oil and ½ teaspoon of almond oil to it. Mix them well and make smooth paste. Apply this paste to your face and leave it for 20-25 minutes. Wash it off with normal or warm water.


6. Rose Water, Glycerin, Lemon Juice

Ingredients

1 teaspoon Rose Water
8-10 drops Glycerin
1 teaspoon fresh Lemon Juice

Directions

Mix fresh lemon juice and rose water together, you can use orange juice instead of lemon juice. Also add glycerin in his mixture, mix well and apply this combination on the face for 15-20 minutes, then wash off with normal water. You can store this mixture in air tight bottle; just increase the quantities of ingredients. 

Warning: Never apply this moisturizer in sun, because it will burn and darken the skin.
