9. Exfoliate 

Make your own scrub at home

It is very important to exfoliate your skin in the hot season/summer to eliminate dead skin and improve our blood circulation for healthy skin.


Make your own scrub at home; take 2 tablespoon of lentil/gram flour, ½ teaspoon of turmeric, 1 teaspoon of rose water, 1 teaspoon of honey and milk or yoghurt. Make a fine paste and use it to exfoliate your face. Also use honey as natural moisturizer.

10. Cleanse your face regularly

Clean & moisturize your skin regularly even if you have been at home entire day and feel like your skin is fresh & clean. Cleansing and moisturizing your skin before you go to bed is must. 

11. Mango Exfoliator

Take 2-3 tablespoon mango pulp; add 1 teaspoon lime juice and 1-2 tablespoon raw milk or milk powder. Mix them well together. Gently scrub over the skin in circular motion for 10 minutes. Wash it off after 20 minutes with warm water. This paste nourishes and exfoliates the skin amazingly.

12. Cool your skin

Take 2 tablespoon of cucumber juice/pulp, mix it with 1 tablespoon of multani mitti, 1 tablespoon of yogurt, and make a fine paste. Apply this to your face for 20-30 minutes and experience the coolness & freshness on your face.

13. Sun tan masks

Mango, almond, raw milk

Take 2-3 tablespoon ripe mango pulp, add half teaspoon of honey and 1 teaspoon of almond paste (grind 3-4 almonds & make paste) also add 2 teaspoon of raw milk. Mix all the ingredients well together, make a paste & apply on the face for 20 minutes. Wash it off with warm water by gentle scrubbing in circular motion. 

Yoghurt, gram flour, tomato

Mix 2 tablespoon of gram flour with 2 tablespoon of raw milk or yoghurt, 1 tablespoon of fresh lime juice or tomato juice/pulp & 1 teaspoon of raw honey. Make a fine paste & apply on your face. When it get dry, wash it off with normal water. 

The citrus extracts of the lemon & tomato are very helpful in removing the sun tan.

14. Papaya for wrinkle free soft skin

Crush ripe papaya & make 2 tablespoon paste of it. Mix this papaya paste with 1 teaspoon of raw honey and egg white, also add 1 tablespoon of lime juice, and mix them well. Apply this paste on the face for 20-30 minutes & wash with normal water.

15. Last but not least

1.        Totally avoid fast & junk food, eat healthy & balance diet, not oily & fried.
2.        Drink at least 10-12 glasses of water every day.
3.        Do exercise regularly early in the morning.
4.        In summer & hot days try to do yoga & stretching instead of weight exercise.
5.        Take proper & enough sleep (at least 8 hours)  
6.        In cases of stings and bites during summer, try an ice pack for soothing effects.
