2. Figs, Coconut oil

Grind or crush 10-12 fresh lead buds of figs and add 1 tablespoon of warm coconut oil or sesame oil in it. Mix them well and make smooth paste of it. Apply this paste on the lower abdomen below the navel for a several hours (you can leave this for more than 1 hour) repeat the application 2-3 times a day.


3. Betel leaves
