White oak or hazel bark is very helpful
particularly when the cyst is still small. White oak or hazel bark contains

cysts and heals them faster.
Make a White oak or hazel bark tea
compress and cover the ganglion cyst and wrap for few minutes to penetrate your skin.
This helps to shrink the cyst faster.

the affected area. Repeat this 2-3 times a day for several days.
3. Alternatively, you can apply
readymade arnica cream/lotion directly over the affected area 2-3 times a day.
Caution: Some people can be sensitive to arnica, so do a patch test
before using it.
