1. Eat yogurt

Eat plain yogurt every day. Eating yogurt or probiotic may reduce yeast infection. Avoid sugar, alcohol, avoid sex and keep your diabetes under control. Regular intake of non sweetened yogurt can destroy the harmful bacteria and fungal present in the system.


2. Apply yogurt

Apply 1 tablespoon of yogurt in and around vagina. Soak cotton ball in plain yogurt and apply all over the infected area of vagina or on the penis. Leave it for 30 minutes, rinse off with water and pat dry. Do this 2-3 times a day for quick relief. This will restore the balance of normal vaginal bacteria and reduce irritation.


3. Apple cider vinegar with yogurt

Mix 2 tablespoon of plain yogurt with 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar and apply the mixture inside and on side of infected area of vagina or penis. Leave the application for 30 minutes and wash it off with warm water and pat dry. Repeat this 2-3 times a day.


Garlic

Garlic is an effective herbal treatment that removes mild to moderate yeast infections as it contains a natural anti fungal, antimicrobial and detoxifying properties. Garlic not only strengthens our auto immune system, but also works as an antiseptic. Its anti-fungal properties help significantly to fight against yeast infection.



4. Garlic with honey

Take 3-4 garlic cloves, peel them and crush them to make paste of it. Add ½ teaspoon of honey in it. Mix them properly and apply over the infected areas, apply some paste inside the vagina (if that area in is infected). Wash off after 20-30 minutes with warm or normal water. Do this once or twice a day.



5. Peppermint oil with garlic

Prepare 1 tablespoon fresh garlic paste and add 1 teaspoon of peppermint oil to it. Apply the mixture on the infected areas for 20 minutes, and then rinse off with normal water. Follow this 2 times a day.


6. Olive oil or fresh mint

Apply 1 teaspoon of garlic paste along with ½ teaspoon of coconut oil or olive oil or fresh mint leaves juice/paste for 15-20 minutes. Wash off with normal water.



7. Garlic oil with honey

Mix ½ teaspoon of garlic oil with 1 teaspoon of coconut oil or honey and apply the mixture on infected area for 20 minutes, rinse it off with normal water.



Aloe Vera
Aloe Vera gives cooling effects and fast relief from yeast infection. 


8. Apply aloe

Extract fresh gel or juice from aloe Vera plant and simply apply on the affected area and inside the vagina. 

Leave it for 20-30 minutes and wash it off with normal water. Do this twice a day.


9. Aloe with turmeric

Mix 1 tablespoon of fresh aloe gel/juice with 2 pinches of turmeric powder, apply the mixture in and around vagina or around the penis. Wash it off with normal or lukewarm water after 20-30 minutes. Repeat this once or twice a day to get rid of yeast infection.


10. Aloe with coconut oil

Add ½ teaspoon of coconut oil or peppermint oil in 1 tablespoon of fresh aloe Vera gel/juice and apply it in and on the affected area for 20-30 minutes. Do this once or twice a day for fast relief.


11. Apple cider vinegar

Add 2 cup of apple cider vinegar to lukewarm bath water. Soak yourself for 15 minutes in this water. Bathing in lukewarm water with apple cider vinegar reduces the burning sensation by killing the yeast, restores normal acidity to the vagina and also makes you relax.

1. Turmeric

      1.      Mix 1-2 teaspoon of turmeric with enough raw milk or rose water to make a smooth paste. Apply this paste on the affected skin area for 1-2 hours and then wash off with cool water and pat dry. Follow this remedy 2 times a day until the redness, inflammation and itchiness is gone.

2.      Or mix half teaspoon of turmeric to cup of boiling water or milk and let it simmer for 8-9 minutes. Allow it to cool and drink it. 

3.      Boil 1 tablespoon of turmeric to cup of boiling water. Boil it for 10 minutes and apply this warm water on affected skin for 1-2 hours. Rinse it off with cool water.



2. Olive Oil

Extra virgin olive oil has anti-inflammatory properties that help in reducing the redness and inflammation of your skin due to eczema.

1.      Take enough amount of extra virgin olive oil and apply it over affected skin and leave it for 5-10 minutes (clean the affected skin before applying olive oil)
2.      Then gently rub this olive oil on the skin so that the olive oil gets deeper into the affected skin.
3.      Now place hot washcloth over the affected skin and hold it on till the cloth cools down.
4.      Repeat this process 4-5 times continuously.
5.      Then wash the skin with cools water. Repeat this remedy once or twice a day to get rid of eczema and eczema scars.



3. Aloe Vera

Aloe vera is an effective herb for treatment of eczema. Aloe vera has anti-inflammatory property which helps soothe the itching inflammation of skin due to eczema. Additionally, it contains anti-microbial properties, which prevents further skin infection. It also helps hydrate the red, dry skin caused itching and keep the skin moisturized naturally.

1.      Extract 1-2 tablespoon of fresh aloe gel from aloe leaf or you can use readymade pure aloe gel.

5. Carrots with turmeric

Peel 2-3 carrots and boil them for 10-12 minutes. Then mash them to make smooth paste and add 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder to it.

6. Vitamin E Oil

Vitamin E oil or Vitamin E gel capsules are also found to be very helpful in reducing eczema skin problems as it is rich in natural tocopherols.

1.        Apply enough amount of Vitamin E oil on the affected skin
2.        Leave it on for about 30-45 minutes.

7. Neem/Indian Lilac

2. Apple Cider Vinegar

When the flare-ups occur, drink a glass of water two times every day into which you have mixed 1 teaspoon of organic apple cider vinegar. This home remedy also benefits overall health since it acts as a detoxifying drink.

In 3 parts of lukewarm water, add 1 part of apple cider vinegar. Dip a clean washcloth in this mixture and apply it to the affected area as a warm compress for 1 minute. Repeat the exercise many times a day, especially when the flare-ups occur.




3. Oatmeal

1.      Fill a bath tub with warm water and add 1 cup of finely-powdered oatmeal to it. When the flare-ups occur, spend 15-20 minutes every day in this bath for relief. After getting out of the bath, rinse your body with tepid water. Pat dry skin with a soft and clean towel. Remember to apply a good lotion generously afterward.


     2.      Take 2 handfuls of rolled oats and wrap it in a muslin cloth. Place the bag of oats in the bath tub and let hot water pour over it. Climb into the bath tub and relax in this milky water for 10 minutes.

Apply a luxurious moisturizer. This bath can be made every day when flare-ups occur. Remember to throw the bag of oats away after using it once.



4. Banana Peel

5. Epsom Salt
