Coconut

1. Coconut water with turmeric

Mix 2 tablespoon of coconut water with pinch of turmeric and gently massage tanned skin in upward and circular direction for 10 minutes. Repeat this once or twice a day or 3-4 times a week.


2. Coconut milk with honey

Grate some coconut and squeeze 2 tablespoon of coconut milk, add 1 teaspoon of honey in it. Apply this mixture on affected areas for 30 minutes, rinse off with cool water. Follow this regularly for 2-3 weeks for visible result.


3. Coconut milk with lentil powder

Add 2 tablespoon of fresh coconut milk or water in 1 tablespoon of lentil powder, also add 5-6 drops of glycerin in it. Apply for 15-20 minutes on tanned skin, wash before it gets dry. This will also remove black heads and white heads. 



Almonds

4. Almond with milk, lemon juice

Blend 2-4 almonds with 5 tablespoon of raw milk to make smooth paste of it, also add 1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice in it. Apply this paste on tanned skin for 20-30 minutes. Before washing it off gently scrub the skin with using few drops of water. This lightens your skin tone, increases the blood circulation and removes white heads, black heads. 




5. Almond oil, lemon juice

Mix ½ teaspoon of almond oil with 1 teaspoon of fresh lemon juice. Apply this mixture before going to bed, wash off in the next morning with warm water and apply 1 teaspoon of honey as a moisturizers.


6. Glycerin with almond

Add 5 drops of glycerin in 1 teaspoon of almond paste and apply on the tanned skin, leave it for overnight, rinse off in the next morning.


7. Orange juice with almond

Take 1-2 tablespoon of almond paste, add 1 teaspoon of orange peel powder or fresh orange juice in it. Apply this paste over affected areas and wash off with normal water.

Cucumber gives cooling effect and also helps in healing sunburn. It lightens the tanned skin in few days. 8. Cucumber juice with lemon

Mix 1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice with 2 tablespoon of fresh cucumber juice, also add pinch of turmeric powder in it, mix them well and apply this mixture on tanned skin for 30 minutes. Wash of with normal water.



9. Cucumber juice with milk powder

Take 1 cup cucumber pieces and blend them in mixer grinder. Add 2 tablespoon of raw milk or milk powder and 1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice or tomato juice. Apply on affected areas for 30 minutes, then wash off with normal water.


10. Rub Cucumber slices

Gently rub your tanned skin with slices of cucumber for 10 minutes in circular and upward direction. Repeat this once or twice a day.


11. Cucumber paste with honey

Add 2 tablespoon of cucumber paste in 1 tablespoon of honey, apply this paste on tanned skin for 30 minutes. Repeat this daily for few weeks. This mixture reduces the redness and pain caused by sunburn.



12. Strawberry with Milk Cream

This delicious berry has skin lightening properties that can improve your skin complexion and reduce dark spots, skin pigmentation and freckles.

Ingredients

2 raw potatoes
Half cup rose water
2 tablespoon honey

Direction

       1.      Take 1-2 medium size potatoes, grate them or make small pieces of it. Do not peel them. Grind these potato pieces with half cup of rose water in grinder or blender to make smooth paste of it. Add 2 tablespoon of honey to it and mix them properly. Paste should be smooth not thick; you can use more rose water to make it smooth.

       2.      Clean your affected skin with cool water, pat dry and then immediately apply this paste on the affected skin. Leave it for 30-40 minutes and rinse off with cool water. Do this once or twice a day.


2. Potatoes, Lemon juice 

1.      Grate or chop 1-2 raw potatoes with skin and grind them to make paste. Squeeze this paste and extract juice of it. Add 2 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice to it and apply this mixture on affected area for 30-40 minutes, wash it off with cool water. Repeat this once or twice a day for fast relief from sunburn.

2.      You can also use potato paste instead of juice, but then add 4-5 tablespoon of rose water to make smooth paste, as smooth paste is easy to apply on the skin.





3. Potato Slices

Take 2 thick slices of raw potato with skin and gently rub on your skin for 5-10 minutes, let the potato juice do its work. Rinse off with cool water. Follow this 3-4 times a day.



4. Potato with Turmeric

Mix fresh potato juice or paste with half teaspoon of turmeric powder and apply the paste on the sunburn for 30-40 minutes.

(Do not peel the potato, use its skin also) Wash it off with cool water and pat dry. Repeat this once or twice a day for fast relief from sunburn.


5. Potato with Curd

Mix 3 tablespoon of fresh potato juice or paste with half cup of curd, also add 1 tablespoon of honey in it, and mix them well. Apply this mixture on the affected sunburn skin for 30-40 minutes, and then wash it off with cool water and pat dry. Repeat this remedy once or twice a day to get rid of sunburn symptoms. 



6. Potato with Cucumber

Grate 1-2 raw potatoes and extract fresh juice from it, then grate 1 small cucumber to extract juice of it. Mix both juices with 2 pinches of turmeric and rub this mixture on the sunburn skin. Leave the application for 40-45 minutes and then rinse off with cool water. You can also use potato and cucumber paste, but make smooth paste.
